Quality Assurance

It is our policy to provide a Quality Control System which reflects exactly each clients specification and requirements. This first requires a correct transition of the customer’s requirements and the capability to measure the variance from the required standard, with the process and means available to rectify the inadequacy.

Whilst working to improve and update the system of Quality Control, we monitor and collate all reports relating to quality and discuss these at our monthly corrective action meetings.

This is a mandatory operating procedure and linked directly to the BS ISO 9002.

SAFE Contractor

Millard’s is also a SAFEContractor approved company, SAFEcontractor is a nationally recognised scheme operated by the National Britannia Group to ensure that contractors are fully compliant with current Health and Safety legislation, systems and procedures. Insurance details and trade references are also checked as part of the rigorous and thorough annual audit that we have undertaken to achieve this accreditation.

We are also proud members of the Federation of Window Cleaners so rest assured your window cleaning requirements are in safe hands. F.W.C. has been the professional Employers Trade Association for window cleaners for over 60 years!

Insurance

As you would expect from a professional company Millard’s carries extensive insurance - our standard cover for Employer's Liability is £10m and £5m for Public and Products Liability - and our staff are all fidelity guaranteed and insured to hold keys and alarm codes.
