Induction training is given to all new employees along with the practical do's and don’ts of Health and Safety. Supervisors and Managers attend special courses ranging from Carpet Cleaning to Employment Law.

All employees are recruited by word of mouth/recommendation and are normally ‘buddied’ up with a current employee before moving to a new contract.
