Induction
training is given to all new employees along with the practical do's
and dont's of Health & Safety.
Supervisors and Managers attend special courses ranging from Carpet Cleaning
to Employment Law. Training is fundamentally inter-twined with our quality program to produce
consistency in servicing the day to day needs of our clients and the long
term management of the contract.

ID and use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our trained technicians
are equipped to handle any type of job in our specialized areas of expertise.
We carefully monitor the work of our staff on a regular basis to assure

All our employees go through a Health & Safety and cleaning refresher
courses, in which they learn how to effectively clean different corporate
environments. All employees are recruited by word of mouth/recommendation
and are normally ‘buddied’ up with a current employee before
moving to a new contract.

the operative is assigned to a specific facility, it remains their work
site. There is no rotation of employees. This allows the quality of the

office settings such as medical buildings, security settings, manufacturing
facilities, as well as large and small standard office environments.
